Borreta de Melva


  • 200 gr.of melva
  • 3 dry pimentoes
  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • Oil
  • salt


Put some water in a pot, then, let it to boil.

Introduce into the water the onions and the potatoes.

When these ingredients boil, add the melva (you must previously take the salt of the melva away) and the dry pimentos.

Add the oil and rectify the salt.

Cook everything in slow fire.
